Creve Coeur and Olivette residents have the advantage of Ladue Schools and as such these areas have regained popularity and their is a lot of time and energy being exerted to update these homes, many of which were building in the 1950's and 1960's.
When Creve Coeur was being developed we were very active in working with quality home builders in painting the interiors and exteriors of many of the most comfortable ranch homes. Many of these same homes have been updated in recent years with updated kitchens, baths, and new windows.
