We feel that communication is critical and this sheet is one way of keeping you informed on how your project will proceed.
Workers will typically begin between 7:30 am. and 9:00 am.
Workers will typically work 8 hours except on the first and last days where workers may leave early.
Crews typically consist of one or two people.
Sonny is the designated production manager. He will be the one to talk to about the progress of your painting project. If there are any questions regarding the price or you wish to add an option, please speak with him.
With your approval a lawn sign will be put up in front of your home. We would appreciate if you could keep it up for 2 weeks. Call us and we will come and remove it.
Colors
Before the start of the job, you should have already selected the colors and communicated your choices to our team. We offer color consultation at $35 per hour.
On our first day
Confirm with Sonny the colors that are to be applied to each room. If a test patch has not already been done, please ask Sonny to see the color on the wall to be sure that you are satisfied with it.
Tell Sonny what you want to have done with nails and nail holes. If you would like to hang your pictures back where they were before, then tell Sonny to paint over the nails. Otherwise, the team will remove the nails and fill the nail holes with drywall compound.
We will cover all flooring and furniture.
Please move all the furniture you can to the center of the room. If you cannot we will be happy to so do.
We remove all electrical light switch plates and outlet covers. We do not remove cable, television, or other specialty plates.
How we operate
Painting the interior of your home can be intrusive. We want to minimize the inconvenience as much as possible. We ask you to communicate with us regarding the order in which you would like us to paint your home.
We move all the furniture back to where it was before.
We replace the faceplates.
When we are done
You will be encouraged to walk around with Sonny to ensure your total satisfaction and indicate any touch-ups (if necessary).
