reschedule an appointment.

Upon arriving to
a job, before you begin the project, review your estimate with the customer by
explaining what you intend to do and all of the costs involved.

Produce the best
quality work possible.

While completing
the job should you encounter an unexpected problem requiring additional work or
parts not included in the original estimate, make sure to get the customer’s
permission prior to proceeding with the project.
7.
Don’t leave a job
site before your work is complete. If the work requires a second visit, arrange
it with the customer before you leave.
8.
Show the customer
the results of your work. Demonstrate the use of a product if necessary, and
assure that your customer is satisfied with your work.
9.
Clean the job
site upon completion.
10.Remember
that honesty, integrity, and professionalism are what yield customer loyalty.
11.Encourage
your customer to fill out an online “Customer Satisfaction Feedback Form.”
