They not only provide painting, but they are also very good with wood work and decorating ideas. Sonny who is the founder of the company is very talented and has "an eye" for color and is more like your personal decorator once he steps foot in your house. Sonny and his crew painted my home back in March. They did a very good job and they were all very cordial. They cleaned up after themselves each day and they worked to meet my deadline. Sonny also was recently featured on a nation wide broadcast of a home decorating show which is quite impressive. Thank you for getting
so much done on my house in such a short period of time. I found you and
your crew to be very professional -- punctual, polite and flexible.
The painted areas look great. I appreciated your being le to do
other types of much-needed chores (gutter cleaning, walk powerwash and
brick repair, driveway cracks sealed), and the door you covered with siding is
a huge improvement. My driveway is much less awash today than it was
before your drain; I am not sure how long the new system will hold up, but it
was clever, simple and cheap. The brickwork on the walk looks very nice,
but there is a white haze all over the areas where he worked -- do
you think this is a thin layer of grout on top of the bricks, or something that
I can scrub off?

My name is Sue Whalen and Sonny and
his crew did some extensive work on our home earlier this year. We had
all the ceiling in our house painted as well as most of the rooms.
Sonny's men were very sensitive to the fact that my husband is retired
and would be in the house during the work. They did an outstanding job!!I
am the receptionist at a Real Estate Company, and one of our agents had used
Sonny's company several times...she said you won't find any better quality or

Sonny and his team did a great job
painting my home. I was so pleased with his work I will use him again for my
upstairs home. He did crown molding in my dinning area and did my kitchen crown
molding free of charge. Our house looks much better we are very pleased.

Hi,
My name is Mike Simon
and I have had Sonny Landau work on my private residence on a number of
occasions. His work has always been first rate, timely and reasonably priced
(with other contractors I have used you usually only get to pick two out of the
three). Recently Sonny repainted my dining room and put up chair rail, moulding
and a few other finishing touches. It was a technically challenging project as
my request was to paint a series of red stripes above the chair rail with all
the same color red, the striping was done by using different finishes (flat and
eggshell). It is absolutely beautiful. We had friends over for dinner and they
immediately called him to create a similar look for their house. Sonny also
painted my living room and has a great eye for color as my wife and I were
having problems picking out an appropriate color to work with the dining room.
